“I started with Arjay in April 2007, when my annual physical report came out, I needed to starting high blood pressure medicine. I decided I would seeking a trainer for exercise. My friend Introduced me to RJ. I have never exercised in my life (I was in my mid 50) . I was ready to give up after two weeks. RJ non stop encouraged me, mentally and physically. After 9 months , I went back to my doctor , my blood pressure was normal. I have been working out with RJ until 2017 Sept., my family life had a change, I had to stop. But, I will go back when situation is settled .
People did not realize, spending money for a trainer , just like you paying your car insurance, only difference- car insurance you wish you never need to put claims, to have a trainer, you are buying a insurance to have good health.
